Mohamed Khalil (Mo) is General Manager of Digital Banking at Commonwealth Bank where his team supports the Commbank App, Netbank, digital innovation, self-service, and financial wellbeing experiences. Prior to Commonwealth Bank, Mo was responsible for product, marketing and partnerships at Moven, a mobile first financial wellbeing start-up with deployments at TD Bank Canada and Westpac New Zealand.
Mo has almost two decades of experiences in digital strategy and innovation with prior roles at start-ups Moven and Bundle (now part of Capital One Labs), financial service companies Citigroup, TD Ameritrade, and Merrill Lynch, and management consultancies Novantas and First Manhattan Consulting group. He has an undergraduate degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Princeton University and an MBA from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania.
