Greg’s not sure what happened when he turned 40. It wasn’t a mid-life crisis, because there was no crisis, he just thought, “enough” – enough saying yes to please others, beating around the bush, and under-valuing his experience. Being taken advantage of because he wore the ‘nice’ hat too often was getting boring. It was time to rattle the cage.
He hacked his status quo, literally turning his life upside down. After moving back to Sydney following 17 years in London, he studied coaching, leadership and mentoring with a focus on neuroscience, positive psychology and NLP. This perfectly complemented his 25-year fitness industry career, where he presented to more than half a million people in 55 countries on behalf of companies and sponsors including Nike.
Greg knows we’re all searching for ‘the answer’ because he’s still looking for his. His view is that anyone touting one way to sort your life out is lying. There isn’t one, but many paths to success. His speaking, workshops, coaching and products focus on raising awareness, helping ditch head trash, divorce deadweight and fashion our own craziness to work for us.
