To the east of the city of Sydney, buses run regularly from Circular Quay (Stand E), along Elizabeth Street, Oxford Street and then onto Anzac Parade. It takes approximately 30 minutes to travel from Circular Quay to NIDA. Alight at the main entrance to UNSW and cross Anzac Parade at the pedestrian lights.

There is also a university bus during university terms, the 890 which turns just before NIDA into High Street. If catching this bus you will need to alight at the first stop after it turns, walk back towards Anzac Parade and cross at the traffic lights at the corner of Anzac Parade and High Street.
Coming from Central Station

Central Pier operate a valet car service from 4pm, 7 days a week. The fee is $20 per car Sunday to Thursday, $30 per car Friday and Saturday.
Self parking on Central Pier is available during the day, 7 days a week with patrons out by 4pm for a fee of $15 per car. Please note, the car park has limited spaces available.
In the evenings, guests visiting our event venues, restaurants and bars and wishing to self park, should proceed to Etihad Stadium. Car park rate of $15 per car on non Etihad event days apply (after 5pm).
For Etihad Event Days, clients can arrange pre-purchased car parking vouchers at a packaged discounted rate. If you would like to organise pre-purchased tickets or car parking vouchers, please speak to your event representative who can contact Central Pier.

It’s easy to drive to Docklands via the many roads leading into the area. Make your way to Harbour Esplanade. Travelling south down Harbour Esplanade from Latrobe Street you will approach large palms and notice Channel 7 on the left hand side. Ensure you are in your right hand lane and make a right hand U-turn over the centre island. Quickly move into the left hand lane, turning left over the tram causeway and into the main entrance between Shed 9 and 14. Security will direct you from this point.
From Bourke Street travelling north, ensure you are in the left hand lane and make a left turn before the palm, over the tram causeway and into the main entrance between Shed 9 and 14. Security will direct you from this point.
Catch the free City Circle Tram to Docklands or take one of the following city trams:

Southern Cross Station (formerly Spencer Street Station) is Melbourne’s main rail interchange for suburban, regional, and interstate trains and is located right on Docklands’ doorstep. At Southern Cross Station, exit at the northern end to walk over the Bourke Street Pedestrian Bridge to Harbour Esplanade. Alternatively, exit the station on the corner of Spencer and Collins Streets, and walk over the Collins Street Bridge to Docklands Park.
